Make Plans

Make a schedule at the beginning of your week so that you can’t back out of it. It’s easier to follow through with plans to workout when you know what time of day you’re going, and what workout you’ll be doing. Being unorganized with your routine will make it much more difficult to follow through with. This goes for dieting also. If you know that you’re going to be busy, make sure that you are prepared for these situations so you don’t end up picking up fast food.

Change It Up

The more frequent that you do a workout, the more likely you are to get bored. The same goes for your meals. By switching it up and keeping things new you not only allow for yourself to remain excited, but you also continue to challenge your body in new ways. The more you change it up the more you can count on enjoying the process, rather than getting into a routine, getting bored and then quitting before your resolution is reached.
