Caring and Friendly

Amanda Thomas is a wonderful trainer, friend and motivation! She makes you feel as if you are her only client, and each session is created to fit all of your personal likes and needs. When looking for a trainer I wanted someone who could understand and relate to my situation, which she can! When we first started, she asked me what my likes and dislikes are about exercising, and worked with those 🙂 Additionally, due to various injuries, I thought it would be very difficult to be able to work out, but in fact, Amanda is able to create workouts that doesn’t strain them, while also working them just enough! She puts on music that I love, and makes the perfect atmosphere for exercise, while having fun 🙂 She consistently checks in with me, to make sure that I am doing well, and to be sure that I am not getting bored of the various work outs! She has helped me regain confidence in myself and I love her as a trainer in every aspect! For someone who used to loath exercise, I now cannot wait until our next session! 🙂
